“Beauty is not in the eye of the beholder – beauty is when the beholder opens their eyes!” – Craig Godfrey

I remember back in 1997, while visiting Australia as an exchange student, I had the absolute pleasure of travelling to Uluru (Ayers Rock), in the Northern Territory. It was ridiculously hot, and we climbed to the top (not really acceptable now days) – but I pulled out my tinted sunglasses and proceeded to turn them into a camera filter – and took some shots on the top of Uluru! That, as far as I can remember – was the start of my creative camera journey.

And my first successful (at least I think so) long exposure, was taken on 22 December 2012, while visiting South Africa for my brother’s wedding, and with a little guidance from my photographic guru sister:

Taken with my Canon PowerShot, SX260HS, ISO 100, f/4.5, 1sec

So have a browse around my site, check out my shoot locations (as they grow) and enjoy seeing the world through my eyes!
